To provide installation, site visits, maintenance, and AMC services efficiently, customers must provide accurate and complete location and address details. Supplying correct site information is necessary for scheduling visits and ensuring timely service. Failure to provide correct information may cause delays or rescheduling. - Service Visits and Installation:
Our channel partners and technicians arrange visits based on the location details provided. Customers are responsible for granting access to the site at scheduled times. Any incorrect or incomplete address details may affect service delivery. - Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):
- Viscocart offers AMC plans to keep your security system in optimal working condition with regular maintenance and support.
- The cost of AMC varies depending on the number of cameras installed and the number of channels on your NVR/DVR system. Pricing will be clearly communicated based on your specific equipment and requirements.
- Customers must provide full location details when enrolling in AMC plans to enable proper scheduling of periodic maintenance visits.
- AMC services include onsite inspections, cleaning, firmware updates, minor part replacements (where agreed), and priority support.
- Orders, Returns, and Exchanges:
When placing orders, customers agree to provide the necessary delivery and installation information. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days if the product is in original, unused condition. Assistance with returns/exchanges may involve site visits for assessments. - User Responsibilities:
Customers agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during orders, service bookings, and AMC enrollments. They are also responsible for providing clear access to the installation or maintenance site. - Changes to Terms:
Viscocart reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Customers will be informed of significant changes via email or website notifications. - Limitation of Liability:
